Payment by check // Advance payment:
Upon successful completion of the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation eMail. This eMail contains:
1) Your order number (please include with your payment / money transfer)
2) A summary of your order
3) Our bank account details
Shipping costs: All invoices from ROTERFADEN are to be paid within 30 days from date of the invoice. In the case of payment default, ROTERFADEN reserves the right to withhold delivery and/or services. ROTERFADEN also reserves the right to levy default charges in the amount of 5% over the base annual interest rate set by the European Central Bank.

Germnany = 4.90€
Switzerland = 12.90€
Austria = 8.00€
Worldwide: 16,50€
Payment on delivery: additional 6.00€ charge
Delivery costs:
Unless otherwise arranged, all goods will be delivered from the warehouse to the delivery address supplied by the purchaser.
Pre-stocked items are dispatched within 4 workdays.
If ordered items are temporarilly unable to be delivered, ROTERFADEN shall inform the purchaser of the estimated date of delivery as soon as possibe. ROTERFADEN shall also inform the purchaser in the event that the ordered goods cannot be delivered at all. In the case that ROTERFADEN is, by no fault of its own, unable to deliver the ordered goods due to a breach of contractual responsibilities on the part of the delivery service, ROTERFADEN reserves the right to cancel the order without penalty.
ROTERFADEN reserves the right to deliver any goods in separate shipments, if it enables quicker processing of the order. ROTERFADEN will bear increased costs incurred as a result of multiple or partial shipments.
Reservation of Property Rights
All goods remain the property of ROTERFADEN until they are paid for by the customer in full.
In the event of contract breach of the part of the customer or default of payment, ROTERFADEN reserves the right to rescind the contract and repossess any goods.
