Founding: ROTERFADEN was created in 2006 as the result of a masters degree project in the field of communication design at the Saar Acadamy of Visual Arts. The project theme was to create an appointment book. Extensive research and surveys followed, as well as many, many tentative drafts and sketches. A trademark was obtained, and the foundation for our Corporate design was lain. The project received an award, and since everyone wanted one of the notebooks, we decided to commercialize them. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
